Field Service Technician Direct HireLocation: Oxford, MI  Must be able to travel throughout the US, Canada an MexicoSalary: $50,000 - $60,0000 Straight time OT after 45 Hours
 Responsibilities
  1. Provide service and customer support during field visits, in-house, or
  2. dispatches
  3. Tie workflow to schedule
  4. Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, training, and test tasks
  5. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  6. Produce timely and detailed service reports
  7. Document processes
  8. Follow all company’s procedures and protocols
  9. Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
  10. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations.
 Requirements
  1. Proven Machinery Field Service experience, 3 years minimum experience
  2. Proficient with Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, or Siemens PLC
  3. Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
  4. English literacy
  5. Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
  6. Technical degree or certification
  7. Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  8. Ability to stand on your feet up to 8 hours a day
  9. Great communication skills to work with customers
  10. A technical degree and specific PLC training are preferable
  11. Ability to diagnose problems with equipment
  12. Great mechanical aptitude
  13. Authorized to work in the USA
  14. Ability to travel including Canada and Mexico
