Healthcare Attorney – Corporate/Transactional Our client based in beautiful downtown Detroit, is seeking an experienced Healthcare Attorney to join their 150+ year old, very reputable firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare corporate and transactional law, with the ability to provide strategic and practical legal counsel to clients in the healthcare industry. Qualifications:
10+ years of legal experience in healthcare corporate/transactional law preferred (candidates with fewer years of experience may be considered).
General knowledge and experience advising healthcare professionals, medical practices, and healthcare organizations.
Strong background in transactional, general corporate, and regulatory compliance matters.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-relations skills.
A modest book of business is favorable and can be discussed, but not necessary.
Responsibilities:
Advise healthcare providers, practices, and organizations on a wide range of corporate and regulatory issues.
Structure, draft, and negotiate contracts and healthcare-related business transactions.
Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare laws and regulations.
Provide proactive and strategic guidance to clients to help them achieve business and operational goals.
