About the Role:We are seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will bring:
Proven experience in acquisition, sale, and financing of commercial properties
Deep knowledge of HOA and condominium law
Strong drafting and negotiation skills with leases, contracts, and closing documents
The ability to lead real estate transactions independently
A client-focused, business-minded approach to legal practice
While a portable book of business is welcome, it is not required. Candidates with entrepreneurial drive and business development experience will thrive in this role. What You’ll Need:
5+ years of commercial real estate legal experience
