INSIDE SALES, MARKETING AND PROTOTYPE COORDINATOR    Up to $24/hr., temporary assignment (3+ months) 
JOB SUMMARYThis position is responsible for providing support to Account Managers involved with the sales of prototype and pre-production orders to customers and prospects in the region. This role will also include active communication and marketing efforts with customers. The position acts as a “face” of the company with a goal to elevate brand awareness and recognition for company products in the North American light and heavy duty industrial market. FUNCTIONS:
  • Utilize company tools to coordinate spot buy orders prototype and pre-production RFQ’s.
  • Provide office support to Sales and accounting Staff in setting up new customer accounts. 
  • Quote prototype costs with the support of Prototype shops located in France, Mexico, and the Sales personnel in N.A.
  • Accountable for on-time deliveries of first orders to all customers.
  • Coordinate and communicate prototype delivery schedules to Automotive and Appliance OEMS, in addition to Industry.
  • Primary liaison for prototype management to the manufacturing plants, process engineers and product engineers.
  • Coordinate and communicate the publication of annual pricing revisions set by the Sales managers to the various industry customer tiers.
  • Support sales managers with the research of market opportunities and customer prospects
  • Maintain CRM database. 
  • Coordinate team participation in virtual and in-person Trade Shows, including registration process, preparation of marketing materials and logistics arrangements, in collaboration with corporate Marketing personnel.
 REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience required.  Major in Marketing & Business preferred
  • 2 years’ experience of industrial B2B sales/customer service 
  • Highly motivated and results oriented
  • Entrepreneurial spirit in an international work environment
  • Strong presentation, communication, organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Solid problem solving and consultative skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision
  • Intermediate level computer skills; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
