SERVICE TECHNICIANPOSITION OVERVIEW:Our client is seeking motivated and skilled Service Technicians to support the service and diagnostics of its autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) at manufacturing sites near Piedmont, South Carolina. The technician will be responsible for ensuring uptime, diagnosing issues, and maintaining performance. Forklift technician experience is a plus but not required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform routine service, diagnostics, and maintenance on AMRs to ensure uptime and performance.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues using diagnostic tools and logs.
Document all service activities clearly, including diagnostics, resolutions, and parts usage.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment at customer sites.
Support continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to service procedures.
Respond promptly to service calls during assigned shifts.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required; no college degree needed.
3+ years of experience in industrial equipment service or maintenance preferred.
