            <description><![CDATA[<strong>INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE (TECHNICAL)</strong>&nbsp;Location: Saginaw, Michigan<br>&nbsp;Compensation: $24â$25/hr (entry-level) | Up to $30/hr (with experience)<br>&nbsp;Type: Contract-to-Hire | Immediate Opening&nbsp;<strong>SUMMARY:</strong>Our client is a growing manufacturer of custom control panels and automation solutions serving industrial customers. They are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to support their electrical and automation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with technical aptitude, AutoCAD exposure, and strong communication skills who wants to grow within the automation industry.&nbsp;The Inside Sales Associate will serve as a liaison between the electrical engineering team and customers. This individual will assist with order processing, review and navigate electrical prints, make minor updates in AutoCAD, and support the quoting and sales process. &nbsp;Please note this is not a design role, but candidates should be comfortable working with electrical drawings and making minor revisions.&nbsp;<strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><ul><li>Review and interpret electrical schematics and control panel drawings</li><li>Navigate and make minor modifications to drawings in AutoCAD</li><li>Support the electrical team with documentation and order processing</li><li>Assist customers with product information, quotes, and order status updates</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely project execution</li><li>Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li><li>Provide administrative and technical sales support as needed</li></ul>&nbsp;<strong>REQUIERMENTS:</strong><ul><li>Basic AutoCAD knowledge (ability to navigate drawings and make minor edits)</li><li>Fundamental understanding of electrical systems or automation concepts</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li><li>High school diploma required</li></ul><strong>Preferred:</strong><ul><li>Associateâs degree or technical certificate in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field</li><li>Experience in industrial automation, control panels, or electrical manufacturing</li><li>Previous inside sales or customer-facing experience</li></ul>&nbsp;]]></description>
