            <description><![CDATA[<strong>Human Resources and Training Manager</strong>Direct Hire | $70, 000 to $90, 000<br>Our recruiting team is partnering with our client to identify an experienced Human Resources and Training Manager for a direct hire opportunity within a distribution, warehousing, and operations environment.<br>This is a hands on HR leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building programs, developing structure, improving existing processes, and partnering closely with operational leadership.             <description><![CDATA[<strong>DIE CUTTER / Production Lead</strong>Wages: $27 - $28/hour plus shift premiumShift/Hours: Mon -Fri, 2pm-10pmRelocation available<br><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong><ul><li>Communication with other departments in the layout and production of incoming jobs is essential.</li><li>When receiving a job to be die cut, instructions to be followed are detailed on the Factory Ticket submitted to the die cutting dept.</li><li>Inspection of proper sheet alignment is made by the pressman.</li><li>The die for this particular job is placed into the die cutting press and sheets are run through the machine to insure that creases and cut marks are in the proper place for the manufacture of the finished product.&nbsp;</li><li>If any discrepancies arise in the manufacture of the die, the pressman will get in contact with the supervisor.&nbsp;</li><li>When the job is in production, a sheet from each load must be inspected by the pressman to ensure all creases and cuts are still in proper perspective for the finished product.</li><li>Other functions include the communication between the print dept. and the die cutting dept.</li><li>When the print department is ready to produce a printed job, final approval must be given by the die cutting dept. to ensure the layout of the print will conform to the die that has been produced by the die making dept.&nbsp;</li><li>At the end of the production job on the die cutter, the lead pressman must have all the proper paperwork completed before going on to the next job.&nbsp;</li><li>Helps to mentor the operation of the person running the feeder end of the die cutter and designates the different duties assigned to the feeder.&nbsp;</li><li>The pressman must have good communication with the employees in pre&#x2010;make&#x2010;ready so if any problems do arise, the situation can be resolved before the die is locked in position on the press.</li><li>A working relationship between supervision, pressmen, and pre&#x2010;make&#x2010;ready is a necessity to maintain a smooth workflow.&nbsp;</li></ul><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong><ul><li>High School Diploma or General Education Degree</li><li>Three years' experience as a Die Cutter Pressman Lead.</li><li>Full knowledge of all die-cutting procedures must be known and understood.</li><li>Must be able to operate Power Industrial Vehicles (PIV).</li><li>Ability to read and interpret written instructions for the performance of production jobs, operating and maintenance instructions. The position also plays a key role in developing and mentoring team members to ensure consistent, high-level performance across all gear-related projects.<br><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><ul><li>Program, optimize, and troubleshoot Oerlikon G-Series and Kapp Niles VX-Series gear grinding equipment</li><li>Support development of hypoid and spiral bevel gears using KIMoS</li><li>Program and troubleshoot Klingelnberg P-Series inspection machines</li><li>Prepare documentation and complete PPAP activity for new or revised gear products</li><li>Oversee roll-testing setup, programming, and problem solving</li><li>Support programming and troubleshooting for shaping operations</li><li>Create or update PFMEAs and DFMEAs</li><li>Use KISSsoft and KIMoS to evaluate and refine gear designs</li><li>Develop clear setup sheets, work instructions, and process documentation for all gear-manufacturing steps</li><li>Review distortion trends and recommend machining allowances before/after heat treatment</li><li>Mentor cell specialists and engineering staff on gear-manufacturing best practices</li><li>Perform routine machine care and ensure equipment is kept in good working order</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized work area aligned with manufacturing standards</li><li>Help ensure steady material and part flow throughout the manufacturing cell</li><li>Follow all safety protocols</li><li>Support training and skill development efforts for manufacturing team members</li><li>Contribute to quality, scrap-reduction, and throughput-improvement goals</li></ul><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong><ul><li>Bachelorâ s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering</li><li>At least 10 years of hands-on experience in gear design and production</li><li>Proficiency with:<ul><li>Oerlikon G-Series gear grinders</li><li>Kapp Niles VX-Series gear grinders</li><li>Klingelnberg P-Series inspection systems</li><li>Gear shaping, hobbing, and skiving</li><li>Bevel and spur gear roll-testing equipment (Gleason preferred)</li><li>KIMoS and KISSsoft for gear modeling and analysis</li></ul></li><li>Strong background in PFMEA/DFMEA development</li><li>Experience working with carburized or nitrided steels and post-heat-treat processes</li><li>Ability to meet physical requirements (lifting, pushing/pulling, grip strength, overhead reach)</li><li>Must be a U.S. citizen</li><li>Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance if required</li></ul>&nbsp;]]></description>
