Salary: 85,000-110,000
We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our clients growing engineering team. In this role, you will collect and prepare data, perform detailed engineering calculations, and contribute to the design of industrial and infrastructure projects. You’ll collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to develop creative, cost-effective, and high-quality structural solutions that meet project objectives. Key Responsibilities
Collect and prepare data and perform detailed engineering calculations for assigned projects.
Support fieldwork, inspections, installations, and problem-solving activities.
Collaborate with other departments and external suppliers to obtain technical information.
Manage project scope, address changes, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
Prepare and present project information to internal stakeholders and external audiences.
Use creative and analytical thinking to develop innovative structural solutions.
Education, Experience, and Skills
Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering (required).
0–6 years of structural design experience in industrial, refinery, or heavy infrastructure environments.
EIT certification required or in process; PE license preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit and BIM integration.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements
Ability to remain stationary (standing or sitting) for extended periods.
Frequent walking, stair climbing, reaching, bending, or kneeling.
Ability to work in both office and field environments, including occasional exposure to temperature variations and moderate-to-high noise levels.
May require occasional travel to project sites or other company locations.
