Engineering Project Manager
Locations (Hybrid):  Cincinnati, OH (preferred office) -  Salt Lake City, UT - Reston, VA
Pay: $60-$80 hourly, may exceed based on experience.
 MUST have EPC / ENGINEERING FIRM experience.
MUST HAVE HEAVY INDUSTRIAL PROJECT APPLICATION experience (ex. Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pulp & Paper)
 Responsibilities: 
  • Manage all aspects of business projects from inception through execution
  • Develop and document the scope of work
  • Understand project success criteria and ensure client expectations are met
  • Develop and track project costs 
  • Identify and communicate changes to SOW
  • Identify and effectively respond to clients’ issues and needs
  • Ensure value is provided to the client and develop & earn their trust
  • Ensure the clients’ policies and procedures are communicated and followed by the project team
  • Review and manage all project deliverables
  • Secure resources needed for teams to execute work effectively (i.e. drawings, reports, site visits, etc.)
  • Ensure POs are received from the client before work begins and ensure services are rendered within the approved budget; also ensure invoices are paid timely
  • Anticipate future work associated with or derived from ongoing projects

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in engineering
  • Project Management experience on Engineering Projects
  • Knowledge of front-end engineering and detailed engineering process
  • Proven Customer Account Manager with experience in developing opportunities within existing clients
  • Demonstrated experience in driving projects within budget from initiation through a successful and timely conclusion
  • Coordinate and supervise project implementation, control project costs, monitor progress and quality of the projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and foster positive client relationships
  • Perform activities to improve the reliability and efficiency of operations
  • Experience in consulting engineering, power, and/or heavy industrial industry
