Own the Upkeep system: Track work orders, schedule repairs, and manage parts like a pro.
Keep our equipment alive and kicking: From forklifts to conveyors, you’ll be the go-to expert for inspections, repairs, and installations.
Champion facility upkeep: Ensure our plant stays clean, organized, and production ready.
Lead with safety: Follow OSHA standards and company protocols to keep everyone safe.
Collaborate and innovate: Work with leadership on LEAN improvements and special projects.
Operate forklifts: Safely and efficiently (we’ll train and certify you!).
Qualifications
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong mechanical skills—forklifts, conveyors, dock doors, and more.
Welding and metal fabrication expertise.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and safety practices.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
Great communication skills and a team-first attitude.
Knowledge of LEAN and 5S practices is a plus.
Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, and web-based systems.
