Employment & Labor Staff Associate AttorneyResponsibilities and practiceOur client is seeking a staff associate with excellent academic credentials and at least two years of litigation experience to join our Employment & Labor practice group in our New York office. The person hired for this position will work collaboratively with partners and be a key member of the team. Expected responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Handling litigation matters involving ADA and accommodations law, with a focus on website accessibility
Working with the team to provide guidance to clients on ADA accessibility compliance
Conducting legal research and writing
Supporting the team by performing work on employment & labor and litigation matters as needed

They represent local and multinational businesses with respect to the full range of workforce-related issues and matters. This is a great opportunity to grow litigation experience skills and work with collaborative lawyers who are passionate about their work.Pursuant to New York law, the salary range for this position in New York City is $160,000 to $190,000, based on experience. Based on years of experience, their associates may have the title of Associate, Managing Associate, or Senior Managing Associate. Technical skills
Two or more years of litigation experience is required
ADA accessibility law experience is a plus
Candidates should be tech-savvy and comfortable with technology
Other requirements
Must be licensed to practice law in New York and be in good standing
Candidates must be registered with New York Federal Courts
