SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR certification is a plus but not required.&nbsp;<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;Talent Acquisition and Onboarding<ul><li>Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, partnering with department leaders to identify staffing needs and required competencies.</li><li>Oversee candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring processes to attract top talent.</li><li>Manage pre-employment processes including background checks, drug screens, and physical exam documentation.</li><li>Direct onboarding initiatives including new hire orientation, I-9 verification, and assignment of required training.</li><li>Utilize HRIS systems to manage recruiting, onboarding, and employee data.</li><li>&nbsp;</li></ul>Employee Relations and HR Operations<ul><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.</li><li>Manage employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary actions, performance concerns, and conflict resolution.</li><li>Support performance management and talent development initiatives.</li><li>Promote employee engagement, morale, retention, and recognition programs.</li><li>Oversee terminations, unemployment claims, and related documentation.</li></ul>&nbsp;Compensation, Benefits and Compliance<ul><li>Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.</li><li>Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to reflect current best practices and legal requirements.</li><li>Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.</li></ul>&nbsp;Health, Safety and Risk Management<ul><li>Support occupational health and safety initiatives in partnership with operations leadership.</li><li>Assist with workplace investigations and ensure adherence to safety protocols.</li></ul>&nbsp;<strong>Qualifications</strong>&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources or a related field required.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred.</li><li>SHRM or PHR certification is a plus but not required.</li><li>Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Experience with HRIS systems.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Ability to build strong relationships with employees and leadership at all levels.</li><li>Positive, professional demeanor with strong problem-solving capabilities</li></ul><br>INDQT]]></description>
